Alyssa T. Kullberg, PhD
About Me
I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Plant Ecology Research Lab at EPFL. I am broadly interested in how plants are impacted by anthropogenic climate change, mainly taking an ecophysiology approach to understand how plant function responds to different climatic conditions. I also use remotely sensed data and plot-based monitoring data to broaden the scope of my ecophysiological measurements.
I focus primarily on trees in both natural forests and urban environments ranging from the hot/humid tropics to the cool temperate zone and everywhere in between, using a variety of observational and experimental designs to explore acclimation and adaptation to long-term heat and reduced moisture impact.
